YMz1Krvasdlwd-AL Cables
Our range of Medium Voltage cables includes the YMz1Krvasdlwd-AL. They are the aluminium conductor equivalent of the YMz1Krvasdlwd cables. These single core and 3-core cables are manufactured in general accordance with HD 620-10J and NEN3620 for the Dutch market and the wider European power distribution market.
Medium voltage cables like the YMz1Krvasdlwd-AL are essential to infrastructure projects, connecting grid and sub-station to transformers.
YMz1Krvasdlwd-AL Cable Voltages & Specification
YMz1Krvasdlwd-AL cables are available with rated voltages of 8.7/15kV, 12/20kV and 18/30kV, in core cross-sectional sizes ranging from 50mm2 to 240mm2 as standard.
The YMz1Krvasdlwd-AL offer a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) UV resistant sheathing, with underlying waterblocking properties. The UV resistance sheathing makes the cable suitable for external exposed installation, whilst the radial and longitudinal waterblocking measures prevent water ingress affecting the underlying insulation and conductor. This makes the YMz1Krvasdlwd-Al cable suitable for grid networks buried directly or in cable ducts.
They are suitable for an operating temperature range of 0oC to +90oC (ambient temperature 20oC).
