DIN VDE Cable Selection
Tested in independent laboratories, VDE certification is a mark of quality and assurance. Within cables, this includes power, fibre optic for communication and fire performance cables including those with halogen-free properties for applications requiring additional protection for essential equipment and human life in the event of fire.
Whilst many cables are manufactured in accordance with German DIN-VDE standards they are not all VDE approved as a third-party mark. In the event that you are specifically seeking VDE approval, please speak to a member of the team who will be able to advise on availability.
