The H1XDV-AS cable is a French standard power cables manufactured in accordance with NF C33-210.
H1XDV AS Cable Specification
The designation H1XDV-AS denotes that this cable has aluminium conductors. It offers a UV-resistant black PVC outer sheath and XLPE insulation, giving it a wide operating temperature rating of -15oC to +90oC.
H1XDV-AS low voltage industrial power cables have a steel tape armour to provide a degree of additional mechanical protection, which makes is suitable for fixed installation direct in concrete walls or buried in the ground where applicable with local building regulations. The steel tape armour is a lighter-duty armour than steel wires but adds less additional weight and size to the overall cable when compared to SWA or AWA.
The construction of the H1XDV-AS cable sees 3 aluminium phase conductors (round or sectorial shaped) configured with a reduced size Class 1 solid aluminium Neutral conductor. Core identification is in accordance with NF C32-321, with coloured cores provided as standard. Additional core sizes and configurations are available upon request.
