N1VC7V-K Cable Specification
Copper tape screened for EMC protection, the N1VC7V-K cable provides power and control to applications rated 0.6/1kV. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, it is designed for construction projects - it can be used both internally and externally and is UV resistant, in cable ducts or fixed to walls. Under relevant building regulations is can also be buried directly.
The N1VC7V-K cable is CPR compliant.
N1VC7V-K Cable Sizes
The N1VC7V-K cable is a multicore cable available as standard in 2 cores up 16 cores, with the option for 3 cores plus reduced earth. Core identification states coloured cores, with or without green/yellow earth to 5 cores, whilst 7 cores and above are black numbered cores with/without green/yellow - please specify at point of quotation.
The PVC insulation means the upper operating temperature of the conductor is +70oC - Similar cables including the MCMK Cable designed for Finnish civil engineering. For a higher operating temperatures you may wish to consider the N2XCY cable with XLPE insulation for 90oC.
