Our aluminium power cables manufactured in accordance with BR880 are Network Rail approved for use in trackside signalling power supply. However, BR880 cables are not suitable for general signalling use and should be used solely for the distribution of power.
These cables are robust and hard-wearing yet lightweight, with a voltage rating of 600/1000V. In addition to their railway applications, these cables are also used within the Renewable Energy industry.
