SE0895 Cable

The SE0895 cable is a track circuit feeder, designed for London Underground and listed on the Approved Products Register.

SE0895 Cable Specification

The SE0895 is a single core stranded tinned copper conductor, supplied in one size only - 4mm².  Track Circuit Feeders provide power to the track circuit signalling system as part of the system which identifies the position of the train relative to specified signalling blocks.

These black cables have a voltage rating of 120V and an operating temperature range of -15^oC and +85^oC.

Given the application sees the cable laid in enclosed tunnels and internal spaces, it is both insulated and sheathed in a Low Smoke Zero Halogen material, providing protection from dense smoke and toxic fumes in the event of fire.
