- Application: Aluminium PVC/PVC low voltage fixed installation power supply cables.
- Suitability: For power distribution. For fixed installations in buildings, in free air, for direct burial, or in contact with water.
- Standards & Voltage Rating: IEC 60502-1. Flame retardant to IEC/EN 60332-1-2. 0.6/1kV.
- Construction: Class 1 solid or Class 2 stranded aluminium conductor (core size dependent), with Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulation and outer sheathing.
- Details: 'Double insulated' cable supplied with (NAYY-J) or without (NAYY-O) earthing. CPR compliant.

These Low Voltage 600/1000V European aluminium conductor power distribution cables are supplied as NAYY-J (with earthing) and NAYY-O (without earthing). Cables are available with either solid or rigid stranded conductors.

The NAYY cable range is commonly used within the Renewable Energy industry. The Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulation and oversheathing makes the cables suitable for fixed installations in buildings, in free air, for direct burial, or in contact with water. Due to the absence of an armour in their construction, these cables should be installed where there is minimal risk of mechanical damage.
