Key Features: YAKXS Cables
- Application: Polish reference low voltage power distribution cables.

- Construction: Aluminium conductor, Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLPE) insulation, and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) sheathing.
- Details: Flame retardant, CPR compliant, UV Resistant.
The YAKXS Cables are for low voltage power distribution applications at rated voltages of 0.6/1kV or 1.8/3kV. Manufactured in accordance with IEC 60502-1, these cables are designed for use in Poland and use the Polish nomenclature to reference their construction.
YAKXS Cable Applications
Comparable in construction to the NA2XY Cable, the Aluminium conductors are the centre of the YAKXS cable offer lightweight properties and are best suited to where there are no space constraints.
The PVC outer sheathing is both robust and flame retardant, complying with the Construction Products Regulation where specified for internal use, and the Cross-linked Polyethylene insulation provides for a maximum operating temperature of +90oC.
Designed for fixed installation, indoors or outdoors, these cables can be used in residential or industrial applications. They can be buried directly in the ground, in cable ducts, or installed in free air. Applications include use as connection cables in wind parks and solar farms.
