Cables U-1000 R2V y RVFV
Nuestros cables U-1000 se fabrican según las normas francesas (U-1000 R2V: NF C 32-322 / U-100 RVFV: NF C 32-321). Son cableados fijos de baja tensión en variantes blindadas y no blindadas.
Especificaciones de los cables R2V y RVFV
El cable R2V (también conocido como cable XV o RV) son cables de control y alimentación rígidos no blindados, mientras que el cable U-1000 RVFV (también conocido como cable XAV) es el equivalente blindado. Se utilizan para el suministro de electricidad en una amplia gama de aplicaciones industriales y semiindustriales con una tensión nominal de 600/1000V. Esto incluye los sistemas de instalación de telecontrol y telecontrol de iluminación, y otros aparatos eléctricos.
El cable U-1000 R2V se puede fijar sobre bandejas portacables, dentro de canalizaciones o a paredes. El U-1000 RVFV está construido con dos capas adicionales de armadura de cinta de acero y, por lo tanto, también se puede utilizar en exteriores y en instalaciones de enterramiento directo o donde se requiere protección adicional contra tensiones mecánicas. No se recomienda el entierro del U-1000 RVFV en áreas que se inundan durante más de dos meses al año o en zanjas utilizadas como drenaje.
Tamaños de cables R2V y RVFV
Los cables R2V y RVFV se ofrecen con conductores en una amplia sección transversal, desde 1,5 mm2 hasta 630 mm2 en el caso de cables unipolares. Los cables de tamaño más pequeño, hasta 4 mm2 inclusive, se suministran con conductores sólidos Clase 1, aunque estos tamaños pequeños también están disponibles con un conductor de cobre trenzado (Clase 2) bajo pedido. Para tamaños de núcleo de 6 mm2 y superiores, los conductores son trenzados rígidos de Clase 2. Los cables están disponibles con conductores de cobre de 2 núcleos, 3 núcleos, 3 núcleos más tierra, 4 núcleos, 5 núcleos y 7 núcleos.
El cable R2V tiene una temperatura nominal de -10C a +50oC durante la instalación, antes de ampliarse a -25oC a +90oC cuando está fijo. El RVFV tiene un rango de -10oC a +60ooC.
