The RE-2G(st)H are fire resistant instrumentation cables manufactured in accordance with British and European standard BS EN 50288. They are designed to connect electrical instrument circuits and to provide analogue and digital communication services in and around processing plants such as those found in the petrochemical and power generation industries owing to their ability to withstand electromagnetic interference.
RE-2G(st)H are typically used in areas where circuit integrity is required in the event of fire. These cables' sheaths have low smoke zero halogen properties.

Whilst the standard RE-2G(st)H is not suitable for direct burial, the armoured version is suitable for such applications.
Our RE-2G(st)H cables are available in the following variants:

These cables generally have a voltage rating of 300/500V, however we also supply a variant with a 90V and 500V rating. Their operating temperature range is from -30oC to +90oC.
