Our 318-A Arctic grade cables are manufactured in accordance with BS6004 and are designed to withstand severe external temperatures. These Artic cables remain flexible at temperatures as low as -40°Celsius, making them particularly suitable for outdoor applications and for use where flexibility is required at sub-zero temperatures. At room temperature, the 318-Artic grade cable is very flexible, offering some of the characteristics usually found in elastomeric cables.
318-A cables are often referred to according to their number of cores (2: 3182A, 3: 3183A, 4: 3184A and 5: 3185A).
